OVERVIEW

All schedule information will be sent by the Event team in the coming weeks.

All times are strict, per contract, and we cannot go over your allotted times. Even if there appears to be open time after your soundcheck or set, there are still other speakers, programming, soundchecks, crew meals, etc. happening.

Soundchecks including getting on stage, checking, and getting off stage.
Changeover includes getting the previous band off stage and getting you on stage.

You must be in the main event space for your soundcheck with your gear 30 minutes prior to your scheduled stage time.

We do not have stage hands. The stage crew consists of a stage manager and patch manager. Your band/crew will need to help get their gear on and off stage ahead of and after soundcheck and set times.

STAGE

The stage is 64′ wide by 20′ deep with (2) 8×8 risers USL and USR for drums.
NO other risers can be accommodated outside the (2) 8×8 risers accommodating drums and bass.

BACKLINE

A basic backline package is provided. Any additional backline needs can be submitted on the advance form and are a label/artist cost.

Due to the nature of this show, the house drum kit must be utilized.

AUDIO

House consoles must be used. See the audio page for more information.

When submitting your stage plot and input list, please keep simplicity in mind. Ideally, this is a stage plot and inputs list specific to this show containing only the necessary IO for this show.

VIDEO

There is NO upstage video wall. House video screens will be used for IMAG only. Lower third lyrics can be utilized. See the video page for more information.

LIGHTING

The house console must be used. See the lighting page for more information.
